Innovation in technologies, processes and work methods is supported by continuous investments in design systems, integrated control tools and in assembly stations, both automatic and non-automatics, that confirm our pushed and convinced orientation to industrialize our products and to optimize their production. 

We always aim at improving the performance of our range of products, enhancing them year by year for half a century. We invest in innovative design tool, such as simulation software to finished element for the design, analysis and optimization of rotating electric motors and linear actuators. Furthermore, we use a software program for dimensioning and optimizing wheels and gears.

Since 1997 we've introduced automated production line for gear motors handling the entire production process and the assembly of door lock devices for domestic ovens as well. We arranged manual stations for the assembly of particular versions of gear motors and servomechanisms for specific market needs that we have integrated with SMED methodologies. This led to a reduction of production shifts times, improvement of the ergonomics of the workbenches and the preparation of extremely functional assembly lines, by work standard instruction easily communicable to different operators who alternate in workstations. In order to ensure a complete and excellent service to the market, we brought all the key processes within the company, from the realization of prototypes to the production of molds, assembly lines for gear motors, door-locks and winding machines.

We supply over 120 customers, including world leaders in their sectors. We ensure a unique service that starts from the design of the project, the finished product and the production process up to logistics of the supply, from the vendor to the clients. We take care of the specific sourcing needs, taking into account the mutual economies.

Industrial property rights are also an important asset for us to be constantly protected and valued.
In order to satisfy the client in the most exclusive and proactive way for the customer, over the last 15 years we have filed more than 10 patents of product and process in order to protect the projects that our Research and Development Department creates and develops.
