Looking at the internationalization of our production, in 2013, we started the METEOR EGYPT productive plant, located in the industrial area of Faddan - Badr City, in order to provide a global service, close to the the local customer needs.
The focus of our production is the core product of METEOR, the gear motor, as well as the supply of other strategic components intended for household appliances, specifically for manufacturers of cookers and ovens in the North-African and Asian market.
The site utilizes product and process know-how and experience gained in the 50 years of Italian company activity by introducing the same industrial philosophy and quality standards and exploiting sharing of expertise and synergies developed and acquired from by METEOR.
Taking advantage of the parent company's synergies and know-how, the Egiptian plant manufactures high-performance compact synchronous gear motors available in a wide range of configurations and with different electrical connection versions such as wired, faston, RAST connector, for the North African market.
These transmission systems are used with spit-length rods according to the different cooking requirements.
The Egyptian plant supplies spark plugs that are available with different ceramic geometries and with MFA-PFA-PTFE and GSV cables according to the specific needs of customers.
Spit rods are available in different profiles and shapes, with triangular section, triangular, square and new tube configuration. They can be customized with various fork patterns according to specific cooking requirement.
To complete its offer METEOR EGYPT supplies also ceramic Lamp holders operating at 220 250V for domestic use
